• Front face to the client in all concerns.
• Efficient order management abilities
• Handle all client queries & complaints and help resolve them.
• Perform client’s verification for each and every call before addressing their query or complaint.
• Respond promptly to customers’ pre-order and post-order queries.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Record the details of customer queries, complaints & resolution status and update the team regularly. Maintain the customer database.
• Keep records of client’s interactions and transactions.
• Follow up on the client’s queries, complaints and escalations until resolved.
