JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for well-experienced facilitators, and teaching & non-teaching staff, to join our bright team. If you love teaching and can teach with patience and tact, let’s meet.

Your main goal will be to create a supportive learning environment that will help our students meet their learning goals through interesting and diverse methods. You will oversee their progress by tracking their assignment and exam grades, to provide useful feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Previous experience as an Educator of relevant subject.

 Knowledge of various teaching methods.

 Understanding of the International curriculum (IGCSE).

 A patient and resilient personality.

 Graduate with sound subject knowledge.

 Post-Graduation or Diploma in relevant field will be an added advantage.

 Freshers can also apply.

 Cambridge Experience will be a plus point.

 Oversee children to make sure they are safe.

 Cooperate with other teachers and administration staff.

 Adhere with all relevant health and safety standards

 Use a variety of different educational techniques to teach children.

 Look after each child and help them build social competencies and self-esteem.

 Inspire children to communicate with each other in a friendly manner.

 Must enjoy working with children.

 Creative and artistic teaching abilities.

 Great amount of patience and flexibility.

 Should possess outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

 Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing.

 Basic computer knowledge is a must.

 Candidates with strong communication skills and with no MTI are considered.
