Process, confirm and/or correct all check payment exceptions against on-file data in reconciliation system
Balance, correct and maintain client list of outstanding checks
Prepare monthly and custom financial reports for client reconciliation transactions
Able to perform cross processing within multiple applications
Must be able to handle high volume of transactions and meet the daily SLA
Ability to follow outlined processes and procedures accurately
Ability to utilize data entry skills in various types of situations presented on a screen, including keying from machine written information, handwritten information
Ability to compare and verify data capture and data represented on screen
Ability to determine customer payment intentions when faced with varying information
Flexibility to work overtime during month end weekly activities
Attend staff meetings to remain current on site quality errors, initiatives, and process changes.
Ability to respond timely and effectively to internal business partner inquiries
